Focused on Commercial Economic Development to continue the stabilization of taxes for the residents of Monroe.
As a Monroe Township Councilperson, VP and President, Carolann and her team have stabilized taxes, improved parks and recreation, enhanced the Township’s paving program, added services, streamlined municipal processes and expanded economic development.
Carolann was previously Chairperson of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Vice President of the Open Space Commission, Planning Board Member and currently Vice President of MTAES Union.
Previous Board Member of Monroe Braves Football & Cheerleading, Williamstown High School Football Huddle Club Board Member. Monroe Twp Little League Coach for 10 years, Monroe Twp Youth Football Coach for 10 years, Monroe Twp Youth Football President from 2014-2016, Helping Hands Committee Member, Williamstown High School Football Huddle Club VP, NJFCA Member and Monroe Twp. Director of Parks and Recreation.
A Project Manager and a proven leader that will continue to Move Monroe Forward.
As a previous Director of Financial Aid and Veterans Affairs, along with being a Member of the Monroe Twp. Parks and Recreation Committee, and the Timber Lakes Community Association, Linda has the experience and skill set to be an essential addition to Council.
UNLIKE her opponent, Linda is UNCONFLICTED (not employed by Monroe Twp. or Monroe MUA).
